Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease pan with coconut oil, then sprinkle with some coconut crystals.
Blend together until creamy, adding in this order: coconut milk and non-dairy milk (like rice milk), coconut oil, cottage cheese, aminos, nectar, coconut crystals, flax seeds, shredded coconut, eggs, and vanilla.
Pour into pan. Sprinkle with coconut crystals.
Bake 40min until brown. Let cool then slice into squares.
