1 cup Lentils 192g
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 63.75g
2 tbsps Olive Oil 27g
2 cloves Garlic, pressed 6g
3/4 cup Bell Pepper, cubed 69g
1/5 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved 36g
3/4 cup Cucumber, cubed 78g
1/2 cup Fresh Basil 12g
1/2 cup Feta, crumbled 75g

Rinse, drain, and boil lentils until just tender. (7min for red lentils, 20min for regular lentils). Whisk together vinegar, oil and pressed garlic, then stir into warm lentils. Cool. Add remaining ingredients.
