Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients

Yields: 2 Cups (4 Servings)

Grams 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice 15.25g
1 tsp Vanilla 4.2g
1 cup Water 236.6g
1 cup White Sugar 200g
 3 large bananas 408g
    or 4 medium pears 712g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Stirring frequently, simmer sugar and water over medium heat until thick, about 10 min. Cool completely (1-3hrs). Blend bananas and lemon juice, or peel and steam pears until mushy. When all ingredients are cool, blend them all together, place in an ice cube dish, and wrap or cover. Freeze 6-10hrs, remove from pan and blend again. Place in covered 2-cup bowl and consume or keep in freezer.
