    1 cup Cauliflower, riced 107g
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella 112g
    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan 25g
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt 1.5g
    1 Egg 44g
    1 tsp Ground Oregano 1.8g
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1.55g
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder 1.2g
1/8 cup Olive Oil 28.08g
3/4 cup Pizza Sauce 189g
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella 56g
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan 25g

To rice the cauliflower: Blend or process florets in a large quantity of water until pieces are rice-sized, then drain. Steam or fry until just tender. This recipe calls for just 1 cup of riced cauliflower. To prepare the crust: Preheat oven to 450°F. Line sheet with parchment. Mix all the dough ingredients together then press onto shet to form a crust. Brush with olive oil. Bake 20min. Cool completely. To complete the pizza: Spread pizza sauce, mozzarella and parmesan (and any additional toppings). Broil 3min.
