Preheat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment. Peel and cube plantains. Place all ingredients in blender and process first slowly then fast until smooth. Spread onto sheets to form twelve 6"-wide tortillas. Bake 20min until puffy and browning. Serve warm, not hot.
