Homemade Almond Milk

Ingredients

Yields: 3 cups (6 Servings)

1 cup raw almonds 92g
2 cups water 473.2g
3 dates 72g
1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Soak almonds in water 24hrs. Drain. Blend almonds with 2 cups fresh water, dates and vanilla, then pour and squeeze through nut bag or cheese cloth and strainer.

Tips

Neat Trick • Make almond meal from the strained almonds by placing them on a cookie sheet and baking at 175°F to fully dry them out.
