Almond Flour Flatbread with Olive Oil and Sea Salt

Unbaked these are like tortillas. Baked they make crackers like tortillas.

Ingredients

Yields: 4 tortillas (4 Servings)

Grams 
1 cup Almond Flour 227g
1/8 cup Flax Seed Meal 13.52g
1/8 cup Water, boiling 30.758g
1/2 tsp Sea Salt 3g
1 tbsp Olive Oil* 13.5g* Optional

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil the water. Place large skillet over medium heat. Mix all ingredients except for olive oil. Divide into four and roll each portion into a ball, then flatten between wax paper to form 6" circles. Cook 2-3min on each side. Cool. To bake crackers, cut into wedges, place on cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake 8min flipping mid-way. Cool and sprinkle with some salt.
