Sorghum Quinoa Graham Crackers

Ingredients

Yields: 12 Crackers (6 Servings)

1 cup Sorghum Flour 121g
1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes 51g
1/2 cup Potato Starch
1/3 cup Brown Cane Sugar 47.85g
1 tsp Baking Powder 4.6g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1 tsp ground cinnamon 2.6g
5 tbsp Coconut Oil 68g
6 tbsp Coconut Milk 85.8g
2 tbsps Honey 42g
1 tbsp Molasses 21.06g
1 tbsp Brown Cane Sugar 9.1g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Combine dry ingredients except for brown sugar. Add oil, then milk, honey, and molasses. In two batches, roll dough 1/8" thick (sprinkled with a little sorghum flour) between two sheets of wax paper. Peel top paper off, place it back on, flip, remove other paper, and transfer to cookie sheet. Cut squares. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Refrigerate. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 15-20min.
