Pumpkin Pie Muffins with Coconut ‘Frosting'

1 cup Cooked Pumpkin 250g
2 Bananas 236g
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar 100g
1 1/2 tsps Ground Cinnamon 3.9g
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger 0.45g
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg 0.55g
1/4 tsp Coarse Salt 1.5g
1 can Coconut Milk
2 tsp Maple Syrup 13.34g
1 tsp Vanilla Bean
