Ingredients

coconut oil, for greasing pan
1/2 cup coconut flour 60g
4 tbsp coconut flour 30g
1/2 cup sugar 100g
1/2 tsp baking soda 2.3g
1 cup coconut milk beverage 244g
4 large eggs 200g
2 egg whites 60g
1/2 cup frozen blueberries 110.5gBlueberry Glaze*  gr_60005cd255afd0
    1/2 cup frozen berries 110.5g
    1 tbsp Powdered Sugar 8g
    1 tbsp water 14.78g
    1 tsp Coconut Mana

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan with coconut oil and dust with coconut flour. Whisk together dry ingredients. Beat in the coconut milk and the eggs and egg whites one at a time. Let the batter rest 10 minutes to thicken. Puree frozen blueberries and stir into batter. Bake 30min or until toothpick comes out clean. Using blender, puree all glaze ingredients together until smooth. Pour over cake.
