1 cup Maple Syrup 315g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Boil syrup until it reaches 235°F (use candy thermometer). Cool to 175°F without stirring. Then stir about 5 min until mixture lightens, and pour into molds. Cool then un-mold. Store 1 month in airtight container.
