1/2 cup Coconut Flour 60g
1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1.15g
1/4 tsp Sea Salt 1.5g
4 Eggs 176g
1/3 cup Oil 71.94g
1/2 cup Maple Syrup 157.5g
2 tbsps Coconut Milk 28.6g
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 13g
1/2 cup Honey 169.5g* Optional

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the vanilla bean length-wise and scrape out the seeds. Separately, mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients, then combine them together. Set aside a few minutes for the coconut flour to soak up the liquids, then add the vanilla seeds and mix well. Bake 20min.
