Sorghum Crackers

Ingredients

Yields: 40 Crackers (10 Servings)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds 10.5g
 1/2 cup Dates or Raisins 72g
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal 6.5g
1/4 tsp Cinnamon 0.65g
1 tbsp Brown Sugar 9.1g
1/2 cup Water 118.3g
1/4 cups Ground Breakfast Cereal
1 cup Sorghum Flour 121g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together. Roll between two sheets of parchment paper. Peel off one side of the paper, place it back, flip and peel/remove the other side. Transfer for cookie sheet. Slice cracker shapes. Bake 25-30min.
