Slow Cook Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

1 lb Pork Tenderloin 453.6g
1 cup Chicken Stock 240g
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar 127.5g
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 17g
1 tbsp Soy Sauce 15.94g
1 tbsp Honey 21g
1/2 tsp Dried Red Pepper Flakes 0.9g
2 cloves Garlic 6g

Mix all ingredients together and pour over tenderloin in slow cooker. Cook 6-8hrs on low. Break apart the meat with two forms and mix with 4tbsp gravy. Refrigerate or freeze remaining gravy.
