 2 cups Applesauce or Pureed Squash 488g
 1/2 cup Chia or Flax Seed Meal 52g
4 Eggs 176g
1/2 cup Butter 113.5g
 1/2 cup Molasses or Agave Syrup 168.5g
2 cups Teff Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda 4.6g
1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2.3g
1 tsp Salt 6g
1 tsp Fresh or Ground Ginger 1.8g
 1 tsp Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice 2.6g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan. Mix applesauce and flax meal. Set aside. Beat together butter, molasses, and eggs for 8 minutes. Add flax mixture. Separately, whisk together the dry ingredients, then add to batter without overmixing. Bake 1hr until a toothpick comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan. Cool.
