Ingredients

Yields: 20 Crackers (10 Servings)

Grams 
1 cup Fine Almond Flour 227g
1 Egg White 30g
1 pinch Salt 0.2g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine ingredients into a sticky dough. Roll to 1/16" thick between two pieces of parchment. Peel off top paper. Place it back on and peel off the other side. Score into cracker shapes. Move the paper with crackers to sheet and bake 10min until just golden but not brown.
