Flax and Almond Flour Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients

3 cups Almond Meal 285g
7 tbsp Starch
2 tsps Baking Powder 9.2g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
2/3 cup Flax Seed Meal 69.68g
1 cup Warm Water 236.6g
1 tbsp Oil 13.6g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk together flax meal, warm water and oil until thick. Mix all dry ingredients and add flax mixture. In two batches, roll dough 1/16" thick between two sheets of parchment paper. Peel off top paper, place it back on and peel off other paper. Par- bake 22-24 min, add toppings of choice, and bake 15min at 400°F.
