    1/3 cup Butter 74.91g
    2 cloves Garlic, pressed or minced 6g
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar 9.1g
    3 tbsps Soy Sauce 47.82g
    2 tsps White Vinegar 10g
    1/4 tsp Pepper* 0.575g
1/3 cup Cashews 45.21g* Optional

Trim broccoli crowns, trim and cut stems, and wash in water. Steam 8 minutes in a pot with 1cup water, or place in large microwave-safe bowl with 1/2 cup water and microwave on high 9 minutes. Drain and return to bowl. Separately, starting with butter and garlic, bring sauce ingredients to a boil then mix in the cashews and pour over broccoli.
