1/2 lb Kale, thoroughly washed 226.8g
Salt and Pepper* 0.4g
1 tbsp Olive Oil 13.5g
1 tsp Chili Powder* 2.7g* Optional

Preheat oven to 250°F. Place a cookie rack on top of a cookie sheet. Remove kale ribs and cut to desired size. Toss with oil and seasoning. Place as a single layer on cookie rack. Bake 20min until dark green and crispy.
