Baked Tofu with Soy and Sesame

1 tsp Vegetable Oil 4.5g
3 tbsps Soy Sauce 47.82g
1/2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil 2.25g
1 block Extra Firm Tofu 397g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Oil baking sheet. Whisk together sesame oil and soy sauce ingredients. Cut large portions of tofu and dry with paper towels. Dip all pieces in sauce, and leave in sauce to marinate. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 1hr, frequently basting with the sauce.
