Ingredients

Grams 
1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal 26g
1/2 cup Hot Water 118.3g
2 cups Almond Meal 190g
2 tbsps & 2 tsps Coconut Oil 27.2g
1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon 7.8g
1/3-1/2 cup Coconut Sugar 66g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
2 tsps Coconut Flour 5g

Preheat oven to 300°F. Whisk together hot water and flax, and let rest 5min to thicken. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, salt, flours, and cinnamon. Add oil to chia mixture, then pour into dry ingredients and stir to form a sticky dough. Roll dough to the size of your cookie sheet between two pieces of parchment. Peel off top paper, place back on, flip and peel the other side. Transfer to sheet. Slice crackers and poke each one with a fork twice. Bake 30-45 min. Cool completely.
