Preheat oven to 350°F. Oil and line loaf pan with parchment. Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, and maple syrup until fluffy. Add melted butter and pumpkin. Whisk together dry ingredients and incorporate into batter. Bake 45min until toothpick comes out clean.
