I preheated the oven to 425. I took a cup of quinoa and cup of water and placed it in the fridge for Three hours. I then blended the Quinoa on high until it was cake batter looking. Then took parchment paper and lined a cookie sheet. I used a safe oil to cover the parchment paper and then made a thin layer of quiona on top of it. I cooked it for about 8-10 then flipped it and cooked the other side for about 5-8 until it looked brown on edges. I used a pizza cutter to cup the squares.
