Ingredients

1 1/4 cup Fine Almond Flour 283.75g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1.15g
1/4 cup Grape Seed Oil 54.5g
1/4 cup Agave Syrup 55g
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4.2g
1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds 32g
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds 70g
1/4 cup Blanched Slivered Almonds 27g
1/4 cup Raisins 38.75g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8x8 pan. Whisk together almond flour, salt and baking soda. Separately, whisk together oil, agave and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients. Add coconut, seeds, nuts and raisins. Press into pan (wet hands help). Bake 20min.
