Ingredients

Yields: 18 balls (9 Servings)

1 cup Carrot, grated 110g
1/2 cups Apple, grated 62.5g
1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes 51g
1/3 cup Sunflower Butter
3 tbsps Maple Syrup 60g
1 tbsp Chia Seed Meal
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 2.6g
1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1.15g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
1/4 cup Raisins 38.75g

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line cookie sheet. Whisk dry ingredients together then add the shredded produce to coat. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined. Stir in raisins. Wet your hands, then roll 1" balls. Bake 20min. Cool.
